- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

delivered.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Requests for refunds must be raised within a specified time after delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Cases

- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Payment Gateway Refunds
- All refunds are processed through the same payment method used during purchase (via Razorpay).
- Overfloww is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
